My question is---why would you want a flash design? When I got my first tattoo I knew nothing about picking out a good artist. I went to a shop, picked out a flash and had the tattoo done. Now that I know there are wonderful tattoo artist all over the country, I regret getting a flash put on and I wish I had a real tattoo artist do my tattoo.
Look at all the beautiful custom tattoos. Here is a web site where you can see good tattoos; find them by location; by tattoo styles; etc. I think you will be more satisfied by going the custom route. Good luck.

hope these helpI dont know about the flash thingee...but google it...you'll find ooodles upon ooodles of Tats sites...i found some for me.Flash art is for people who really should not get a tattoo.
